If you cancel or modify a reservation up to the day before the arrival date, Ecoviajero may make charges. The surcharge corresponds to the value of the first night of the reservation and/or 50% of the value of the reservation of the following days in case the reservation is more than one night. Does not apply to non-refundable rates.
If the guest made a deposit to guarantee the reservation and does not show up at the Hotel, it will not be refunded.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to 100% of the total stay. In case of not making the deposit with the conditions established here, the Hotel will not be obliged to respect the reservation.

No refund of the entire reservation will be made to the guest if he cancels or modifies the reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date, the surcharge will be 25% of the value paid.
