Samadhi is a Sanskrit word, Sama, which means “together”, and dhi, which means “mind”. Its definition for our western culture translates a complete state of concentration. It is the state of consciousness that is reached when during meditation the person feels that he is one with the universe, with everything that exists.
The best way to describe Samadhi Ecohotel is as a space for connection with nature, people and mainly with ourselves. It is energy in perfect balance.

reservation process
The reservation must be made with 100% of the value of the stay, at least 4 days before arrival, or if it is high season, 1 week in advance. Additionally we need the full name, document number, telephone number, email and residence address of the reservation holder, and also the names and documents of the companions. We need this information to advance your Check-in, and also to send you a summary of the biosecurity protocols that we are handling in the hotel and an informed consent form that you must bring signed at the time of entry.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy: the first option would be to postpone the reservation date, it can be postponed only once and must be done at least 1 day before the reserved date. Once this option has been exhausted, or if it is not possible to postpone the date, it would be handled as follows; If the cancellation is made 15 days or more in advance of the reserved date, 90% of the value of the reservation is returned. If you cancel between 14 and 8 days in advance of the reserved date, 70% of the value of the reservation is returned. If you cancel between 7 and 4 days in advance of the reserved date, 30% of the value of the reservation is returned. If you cancel 3 days before or the same day of the reservation, the money is not refunded. SAMADHI ECOHOTEL informs the GUEST that the trafficking of flora and fauna, as well as the trafficking of goods of cultural interest is a crime.
Policy against the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESCNNA)
SAMADHI ECOHOTEL rejects any form of sexual exploitation, therefore it warns the GUEST and any VISITOR that the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is an illegal act sanctioned criminally and administratively decreed in Law 679 of 2001. According to the above , all minors under 14 years of age accompanied by the GUEST must present a copy of the civil registry and identification document, in the event that the minor is not accompanied by any of his parents, he must present a letter authenticated by a notary public and signed by his parents authorizing their presence at the hotel accompanied by an adult or family member other than their parents. Taxes and additional charges:
Due to government regulations and for economic relief, VAT is not charged until December 31, 2022 until further indications. Rates include hotel insurance.
Booking conditions
Check out time is strict, as another guest will be on the way. No money refund. Pets are accepted, as long as the owners are responsible for cleaning and hygiene, but they are not allowed to enter the restaurant or wet areas. The entry of liquor or food is not allowed. Music is not allowed at a volume level that could inconvenience other guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the Eco Hotel.
It is not allowed to carry out activities other than those established and directed by the Eco hotel. Campfires are not allowed in the Eco Hotel facilities.
The Eco Hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the common areas (cameras, cell phones, iPads, computers, etc.). You can request a deposit service to store them at the reception.
Feeding
Right now we handle 2 types of menus. The menu of the day that is included in the accommodation rate and in the passes, which has options of meat, chicken, pork and fried fish from the sea or river. The protein is accompanied by rice, salad, fried or mashed potatoes/cassava, soup or cream and juice. We also have a special menu, which has an additional value to the rate regardless of whether or not the dishes included in the rate are consumed. We have seafood rice options, special beef and fish meats, paellas, casseroles and others. If you want more information about the dishes on the special menu, contact us and ask at our restaurant.
Activities
The activities offered by the Eco Hotel other than the path of sensations and the pool, ARE NOT INCLUDED in the value of accommodation. To carry out these activities, you must make a prior reservation and pay in advance through one of our authorized channels (website or directly at reception).
The Eco Hotel reserves the right to approve the people fit to carry out the activities according to their state of health, that they are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, physical conditions and adequate implements.
